About the Role

This all-round team member will be responsible for working on the console, making coffee, and cooking in our cafe while prioritizing exceptional customer service. The role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving as an all-round team member, you will work on the console, make coffee, and cook in the cafe.
  • Prioritize excellent customer service at all times.

The successful candidate will also possess strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and flexibility to take on new tasks and adapt to changing processes. In addition, they will have a positive attitude, high emotional intelligence, and strong time management skills to thrive in this fast-paced environment.
