Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Sales & Clinical Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This role would suit someone who loves taking ownership of their territory and is responsible for managing the assigned territory, assuring consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals of existing business. You will also need to identify opportunities and gain new business and market share.

Main Responsibilities

  • Meet customer education and in-service requirements
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory
  • Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure their requirements are being met by our products; appraise current and planned customer needs, advising on the application of company products and services to customer requirements
  • Conduct education and case support within Cardiac, Vascular & Radiology Catheterisation Labs & associated wards and personnel

Requirements

  • Prior experience selling vascular devices is ideal and medical device selling is highly advantageous
  • Degree level preferred in a science discipline or equivalent
  • Proven track record in delivering sales targets in a complex, solution selling environment
  • Good understanding of the industry process and function; able to convincingly discuss this with customers, as well as internal and external experts
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills; be customer focused and empathetic
  • Ability to quickly absorb clinical information
