Senior Training Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Training Delivery Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that develops and delivers training materials for Service Delivery teams, collaborating with SAP to design and implement training programs for cloud solutions.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Assessing employee training needs and advising on leveraging performance and operations of SAP functions.
- Developing curriculum and training materials aligned with the Modernisation Project.
- Effective collaboration and training delivery expertise to ensure successful program implementation.

Key Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Training Design and Development: Proven experience in designing and developing training programs, including curriculum development and training material creation.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including SAP.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
