Sales Excellence Manager

Drive business growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across the ANZ region. Focus on smart resource management solutions that empower enterprises and connect cities through innovative, AI-powered platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Performance Management: Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations showcasing efficiency gains, cost savings, compliance, and ESG reporting benefits of smart resource management solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers within customer organisations, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Tech Sales Expertise: Build in-depth knowledge of smart resource management solutions, including SaaS platforms, APIs, IoT devices/sensors, and cellular connectivity, to propose effective customer solutions addressing operational and sustainability needs.
- A minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or similar customer-facing roles within the IoT and/or SaaS industry.
- The ability to grasp and clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Individual Quota Attainment: Consistently achieving Total Contract Value targets for new and expansion business.
- Win Rate: The percentage of qualified sales opportunities converted into closed deals.
