About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Christmas Casual Retail Assistant at our Bonds Kids Fountain Gate store.

This is a casual role that requires the ability to work weekends, weekdays, and peak trade times, including public holidays and sale periods. The successful candidate will be required to work from November 2024 to January 2025.

As a Christmas Casual Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers with a smile and helping them locate items
  • Keeping the store looking fantastic by replenishing stock and general store upkeep
  • Creating a magical shopping experience during the holiday season
  • No prior experience necessary – induction and training provided to set you up for success

Key skills required:

  • You love people and have the confidence to engage in conversations with customers
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities at the same time
  • You're able to manage your time effectively and work in a busy environment with confidence
  • You're adaptable and proactive, with a willingness to show initiative and problem-solve
