Dairy Team Member

About the Role
If you enjoy working in a chilled environment, our dairy team could be the perfect fit. We are seeking individuals who can help us maintain high standards and excellent product availability in our refrigerated and frozen sections.
As part of our dairy team, your responsibilities will include ensuring our freezers and chilled sections are fully stocked and that store standards are exceptional. You will also play a key role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
About You
- You should have a strong commitment to providing great customer service by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
- Take pride in your work and strive for excellence in all aspects of your role.
- Be knowledgeable about products and services, as you will be the go-to person for customer queries.
- Be willing to work in cold environments for extended periods and be physically active, as you will be on your feet for long periods and may need to lift moderate to heavy objects.
- Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days (including days, evenings, and weekends) is essential.
Requirements
- Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills are required, as you will interact with customers and colleagues regularly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are necessary for accurate handling of cash and stock management.
