Restaurant Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Restaurant Service Professional to join our team.

Job Overview

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction through:

  • Welcoming guests into the restaurant
  • Providing menu recommendations
  • Taking food and beverage orders
  • Delivering food and beverages to tables
  • Clearing tables

Responsibilities Include

  • Flexible availability during weekdays is required
  • A current RSA certificate is mandatory for this position
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic staff with great customer service and communication skills are highly valued
  • Hands-on experience in a similar role at a fast-paced restaurant would be advantageous
  • Basic understanding of POS ordering systems and cash handling is beneficial
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment is essential
