Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our Supporting Recovery program in collaboration with Catholic Care across the South West Sydney region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Supporting Recovery program, ensuring it aligns with Anglicare's vision and values.
  • Team Management: Supervise and support a team of professionals working in mental health, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to deliver high-quality services.
  • Service Development: Collaborate with Catholic Care to develop and implement trauma-informed mental health services that meet the needs of victim-survivors of family and domestic violence.
  • Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with local communities and stakeholders, promoting awareness and understanding of the Supporting Recovery program.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the program meets organizational, PHN contract, and legislative requirements, conducting regular reviews and evaluations to inform service improvements.
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement a risk management framework to identify and mitigate potential risks to the program and its clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure the program operates within designated budget and maintains a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Tertiary degree qualification in a relevant field, such as psychology, counseling, social work, or nursing.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience working with clients experiencing mental health challenges and family and domestic violence, including previous experience leading a team of professionals.
  • Registration: Registration with a relevant professional body, such as the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
  • Police Check: Current police check and valid NSW Working with Children Check.
  • Driver's Licence: Current NSW Driver's Licence.
