**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sports fashion and wants to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist with deliveries in the stock room and communicate findings with the team where necessary
  • Support floor sales team with product queries and customer requests, including collecting requested footwear product styles/sizes and delivering them to the shop floor promptly
  • Maintain Back of House standards in line with company expectations
  • Assist customers with queries, processing sales, returns and gift vouchers
  • Share product knowledge with customers and assist Department Managers
  • Work under the guidance and support of Store Managers and the team to achieve KPIs and targets
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required and maintain general store presentation

**Requirements**

  • Previous retail experience with a similar sports fashion retailer
  • A highly energetic people person with strong operationally skills and attention to detail
  • Loves sports fashion brands and is passionate about sharing knowledge with customers
  • Show a sense of urgency and is results-driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Availability to work Monday to Sunday, including late night trade
