About the Role

The Department of Critical Care Medicine is a high-performing unit providing expert Intensive and High Dependency care to patients. Our dynamic environment offers complex, multidisciplinary care across various specialties.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate quality improvement and nursing practice initiatives collaboratively with the team.
  • Lead clinical risk management strategies to ensure best practices and patient-centered outcomes.
  • Provide clinical advice and act as a role model.
  • Evaluate current practices, develop policies and protocols, foster a culture of learning and research.
  • Monitor care outcomes and report findings to staff and hospital committees.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a Registered Nurse with advanced critical care expertise.
  • Leadership ability to develop clinical practice, guide, and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proven capability to implement changes and develop clinical directions through planning and research.
