Job Title

A seasonal retail opportunity has arisen for a dynamic individual to join our team as a sales associate.

As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a tidy and organized sales floor, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for beauty products, and the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and welcoming customers, answering product queries, and offering advice on skincare and beauty products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that all products are displayed effectively and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote the brand through effective visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Manage customer feedback and queries in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for beauty products and skincare.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
