Project Delivery Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Manager to join our team at Talent Right. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of complex projects and drive business growth.
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring project activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Manage project resources and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to communicate project status and progress.
- Develop and implement effective change management processes.
You'll work closely with our project management team to deliver projects that meet client expectations and drive business success.
With a strong background in construction and oil and gas, you'll have a deep understanding of project delivery and stakeholder management.
As a Project Delivery Manager, you'll be expected to:
- Have at least 3 years of project management experience.
- Hold an engineering degree with CPEng or RPEQ preferred.
- Be proficient in MS Projects, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other design programs.
- Have demonstrated experience in procurement and supplier negotiations.
- Familiarity with Australian legislative, regulatory, and authority standards.
- Strong skills in managing customer experiences and understanding design reviews.
- Ability to manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with a proactive and customer-centric approach to problem-solving and resource management.
