Senior Diesel Mechanic

Swan Transit is seeking an experienced Senior Diesel Mechanic to join our team at our Albany Workshop. This role offers a unique opportunity for a skilled mechanic to work on a fleet of public transport buses and company-owned vehicles.

Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and associated systems
- Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Relevant mechanical qualification or trade certificate
- Demonstrated experience as a diesel mechanic in a similar environment
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use diagnostic software
- Strong commitment to health and safety in the workplace
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
