About the RoleThe role of a Registered or Enrolled Nurse is highly visible and plays a vital part in meeting our residents' daily needs and delivering high quality, person centric care to residents and families.
Nurses are responsible for the total care of the resident, including physical, emotional wellbeing and safety. They are given the autonomy and space they need to make decisions and enjoy the support of the personal care, lifestyle, and hospitality teams.
This role involves managing an AN-ACC portfolio, requiring expertise in the AN-ACC process and funding area.
Your Responsibilities- Think on your feet and communicate effectively with residents and co-workers alike.
- Assess and address the diverse clinical needs of residents.
- Implement best practices for documentation and record-keeping.
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Familiarize yourself with aged care regulations and compliance requirements.
We hire based on attitude and aptitude, so you don't need experience in aged care. You must be aligned with our philosophy and values, have strong communication skills, and a commitment to resident wellbeing.
A bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing and AHPRA Registration with no restriction are required.

Familiarity with AN-ACC frameworks and previous experience with AN-ACC or ACFI funding are desirable.
