Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, implement and maintain the Electrical Safety Program.
  • Lead and manage the Site Electrical Inspection program and associated training curriculum.
  • Inspect electrical installations, repairs or modifications to ensure conformance to all relevant codes, standard, plans and specifications.
  • Conduct field inspections and compile investigation reports.
  • Support the early identification, communication and resolution of technical deficiencies and/or issues associated with critical infrastructure installation, recapitalization and configuration change activities.
  • Support the integration, coordination, compilation and communication of technical information, recommendations and advice relevant to facility electrical infrastructure, systems and equipment.
  • Facilitate and advise on technical integration activities and initiatives.
  • Provide technical recommendations, input, direction and advice on facilities system, infrastructure and equipment reliability, operation, maintenance and life-cycle management.

Requirements

  • State Licensed Master Electrician.
  • Diploma or Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Post Graduate Qualifications in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • NFPA CESCP (Certified Electrical Safety Compliance Professional) Certification.

Security Clearance Requirement

  • It is a condition of employment at Amentum that employees obtain and retain the appropriate level of security clearance and medical clearance applicable to each role.

EHS Requirement

  • All Amentum personnel are responsible for understanding and complying with all site environmental, health and safety requirements.
