We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Building Manager to join our team onsite at a residential portfolio in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the residential portfolio is maintained to the highest standards, including organizing maintenance according to schedules and ensuring common areas are kept up to standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet the requirements of the Body Corporate Caretaking Agreements and work within all relevant legislation
  • Assist with Building Management Reports
  • Ensure building procedures are maintained onsite, alongside maintaining up-to-date documentation and compliance
  • Ensure open and ongoing communication with all stakeholders of the property
Requirements
  • Technical understanding of building construction trades, defects, maintenance, and tender service contracts
  • Previous experience within building management
  • Strong administrative skills, including professionally written communication, highly organized, strategic planning, resourceful, and close attention to detail
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and being adept in technology
