This is a unique opportunity to lead with heart and purpose, mentoring and supporting dedicated educators in delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 0–12.
- Recruit and assess new educators, conducting regular home visits to monitor care environments and educator practice.
- Support educators to implement the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and My Time Our Place (MTOP).
- Provide leadership, supervision, training, and access to resources, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework.
- Build trusted relationships with families and the wider community, promoting a culture of collaboration and partnership.
As a Family Day Care Coordinator, you will be a key mentor, guide, and support for our network of dedicated educators. This role requires strong knowledge of child development, EYLF, NQF, and Education and Care Regulations.
Key Qualifications:- Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Proven experience mentoring and supporting educators to drive quality outcomes.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work both independently and within a team.
- Understanding of Child Protection legislation and your responsibilities.
