About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Physiotherapist to join our team in Melbourne, taking on a community-based role that focuses on providing quality services to clients.

As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for observing clients perform certain activities to evaluate their condition and needs, and developing a suitable treatment plan. You will work closely with the community team, including plan and support managers and Therapists.

You will also be required to liaise with NDIS service providers and contribute to internal and external marketing initiatives to build the network as directed by management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality services to clients, both in the home and within community networks
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the needs of clients
  • Liaise with NDIS service providers and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to internal and external marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
  • A minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience
  • AHPRA registration
  • Patient, service-orientated and 'people person' skills
  • Active listener and critical thinking skills
  • A passion and drive to make a difference
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A learning mindset with a desire to challenge existing perception
  • Current drivers licence
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia
