Clinical Nurse/Midwife

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse/Midwife to join our team at the Women's and Children's Health Network, Division of Child & Family Health Service (CaFHS) in the Metro Northern Suburbs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, person-centered clinical nursing/midwifery care and individual case management to patients/clients.
- Monitor patient/client care plans to ensure appropriate care outcomes are achieved daily.
- Assist and support the Regional Team Manager in management, clinical, and education activities.
- Participate in clinical teaching, overseeing learning experiences, and goal setting for students, new staff, and staff with less experience.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a current practicing certificate.
- Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of full-time equivalent post-registration experience.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to be creative, innovative, and flexible when approaching issues within the healthcare setting.
- Relocation financial support may be negotiated, subject to eligibility.
