Sentence Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Sentence Planning Coordinator. This position plays a crucial part in supporting our operations, and the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the criminal justice system.
Key Responsibilities:- To develop and implement effective sentence plans that meet the needs of all stakeholders involved.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prisoner management, including individualized sentence plans and regular progress reports.
- To work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication with external partners.
The successful applicant will be highly organized, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Requirements:- Strong knowledge of the criminal justice system and ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating activities, with a focus on achieving high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to analyze complex information, identify risks, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
