About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Safety Expert to join our team at Arup. As a Fire Safety Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical input on fire safety projects, working under minimal direct guidance.

Job Description

  • Authoring non-standard letters, reports, and other documentation;
  • Project Engineer/Manager on all types of fire engineering projects;
  • Assisting in the preparation of fee proposals for small/medium-sized projects;
  • Participating in the ongoing development and maintenance of quality systems within the Sydney office.

Key Requirements

  • Recognised relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, specialising in Fire Engineering or a similar area;
  • Familiarity with legislative requirements and other regulations governing Occupational Health and Safety;
  • Membership of relevant professional institutions/professional peer bodies or significant credit towards eligibility for membership;
  • Relevant industry experience in Fire Engineering within a consulting business environment.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including hybrid working policy, paid parental leave, birthday leave, international mobility opportunities, and more.
