Event Coordinator & Front of House Manager

This pivotal role assists our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional events and managing staff. The ideal candidate will have the ability to motivate and lead a team, fostering personal growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate event execution and ensure timely delivery
  • Motivate and lead a team, promoting personal growth and development
  • Brief FOH staff on event details and expectations
  • Delegate tasks to staff, assessing their abilities and progression
  • Collaborate with senior management, including the FOH Manager, General Manager, and Events Management
  • Enforce company health and safety protocols
  • Regularly report to the FOH Manager on team performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and have a passion for great food and beverage service.

Australian Open Drivers Licence is required, as well as a Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate. Prior food hygiene training and/or accreditation is also essential.

To succeed in this challenging environment, you must be hardworking, reliable, and able to work effectively under pressure.
