Lead Food & Beverage Supervisor

Hotel Indigo Melbourne Little Collins and Holiday Inn Melbourne Bourke Street Mall is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the outlet operations, you will be responsible for creating a warm atmosphere that makes guests feel at home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets
  • Ensure food and beverages served meet brand standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and be approachable to guests
  • Maximize revenue on shift through promotions and upselling
  • Train and develop food and beverage staff to meet operational needs
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a related field
  • Possession of valid Victorian RSA and Food Safety Certificate
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to guest requests
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
