About the Opportunity

PIMS Group is now mobilising Experienced Electricians across our project in the Illawarra Region. This role involves achieving outstanding results in safety, culture and productivity. With a proven experience in the Underground Industry, the successful candidate will be complemented by the qualities of mutual respect, integrity, commitment, loyalty, awareness and professionalism.

The minimum skills and expectations for this role include:

  • A strong work ethic with a great attendance record;
  • Compliance with site procedures, instructions, and equipment specifications and limitations to ensure effective and safe use of equipment;
  • The ability to drive our safety culture, provide continuous improvement and enhance our productivity programs;
  • Collaboration with our PIMS Group Team;
  • Demonstrated Underground Coal experience in a similar role;
  • A current site competencies list certified by a mine site training department.

Trade Requirements:

  • EEHA Certificate (Electricians)
  • First Aid Certificate (Electricians) – preferred, not essential
  • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
