\rJob Description\rThis dynamic position involves building strong relationships with customers, providing product information and service, and undertaking administrative support duties.
\r- Generating quotes and processing customer orders via phone, fax, and email;\r
- Supporting counter sales and regional sales teams;\r
- Following up on customer complaints and product returns;\r
- Liaising with delivery drivers and warehouse staff to track customer orders.
