Marketing Manager for Baby Wipes Portfolio

Drive strategic growth in the baby wipes market as a Marketing Manager, overseeing the Huggies brand portfolio in Australia.

About Our Role:

We are seeking an experienced marketer to lead our marketing efforts, develop and execute annual marketing plans, and drive engagement across digital channels. As a key member of our team, you will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative campaigns and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including communication across digital, social, in-store, search, and sampling channels
  • Partner with Shopper Marketing Manager to develop shopper activations and optimize retail presence
  • Lead new product development process, developing 3-year strategic innovation roadmap
  • Manage queries across the Huggies brand portfolio and ensure seamless customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve financial and market share targets for the Huggies brand
  • Maintain regular tracking information on the Huggies brand, monitoring market performance, brand performance against KPIs, and budget tracking

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified in Business, Commerce, or Marketing (preferably)
  • Brand management experience in FMCG or consumer products/retail environment
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Commercial acumen and analytical skills, comfortable analyzing numbers and understanding business financials
  • Experience with SAP, IRI/Aztec, or Nielsen (desirable); experience in marketing products across digital and social media highly regarded
