As a Paralegal within our team, you will play an integral role in supporting lawyers across a wide range of property matters.

  • You will be responsible for end-to-end file management, from initial instructions through to post-settlement matters.
  • You will prepare and draft correspondence, contracts for sale of land, settlement figures and other legal documentation.
  • You will manage and maintain client files and correspondence throughout the conveyancing process including accurate data entry and document organisation.
  • You will liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, solicitors and brokers to coordinate smooth transactions.
  • You will use PEXA to manage workflow, input data and facilitate electronic settlements and lodgments.
  • You will undertake and review property searches, land title checks and other relevant documentation for due diligence purposes.

To be successful, you will have at least one year of experience in a legal assistant/ legal office administration role.

You will have strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, willingness to learn and a strong sense of accountability.

You will be calm under pressure and quick to adapt when things change unexpectedly.

You will have a strong telephone manner to build positive and engaging relationships with clients and colleagues.
