Job Summary

Green by Nature is seeking an experienced gardener to join our team as a Groundsperson in the Southern Highlands Region. This full-time position offers a competitive wage, annual leave entitlements, and superannuation benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the team leader in maintaining site standards of garden and lawn care.
• Follow schedules and prioritize tasks to complete maintenance activities efficiently.
• Maintain a range of sites, showcasing horticultural skills in open spaces.
• Learn and provide new horticultural skills in a safe and exciting environment.

About You

• Experience in gardening and horticulture is essential.
• Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
• White Card.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in safe operations of ride-on mowers and general maintenance handheld equipment.
• Experience in maintenance upkeep of machinery and equipment.
