Mobile Equipment Maintenance Specialist

As a critical member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for creating plans that meet quality and timely repair requirements for Mobile Maintenance equipment. Your role will involve planning and scheduling short and long-term maintenance, adhering to relevant procedures and ensuring the availability of necessary parts, equipment, resources, and tooling when required.
- Develop comprehensive maintenance plans to optimize production and minimize downtime and costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance and statutory information in the CMMS system.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding maintenance schedules and any potential disruptions.
Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Relevant trade certification or degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile equipment maintenance, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong planning, forecasting, and scheduling skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Intermediate computer literacy skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP/Maintenance Planning Systems (CMMS).
