About Our Community Care Role

  • You will be working with a fantastic team across the Launceston area, providing care and support to elderly clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with domestic assistance, transportation, and meal support for clients.
  • Provide personal care services such as showering, dressing, grooming, bed making, and room tidying up.
  • Befriend and build rapport with clients and other staff members.

Requirements:

  • A great attitude and willingness to learn and work.
  • Reliability and ability to pass a National Police Check.
  • A valid TAS driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
  • Possession of regular availability and clear communication skills.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, between 8:00am to 6:00pm, with flexibility to fit within your hours.

Shift durations vary from 1 hour to 4 hours, and we work with you to build a full day of work.
