About the Role

We are committed to providing a stable and enriching early learning environment for children living with significant adversity. Our program is designed to address critical gaps in Australia's early childhood education system.

As a Pedagogical Leader, you will be part of a senior leadership team responsible for leading the curriculum and pedagogical elements of our program. You will inspire, motivate and affirm the curriculum and pedagogy implemented by teachers and educators, while also challenging and enriching it through expertise, inquiry and critical reflection.

  • You will provide pedagogical coaching and mentoring to support teachers and educators in developing their skills and knowledge.
  • Leadership in pedagogy and curriculum provision will be enacted in response to local community contexts and family aspirations.
  • Promoting reflection on documenting the program and supporting consistent approaches within ongoing cycles of review is essential.
  • You will support teachers and educators in goal-setting meetings with families, ensuring that every child receives the support they need to succeed.
