**Fashion Designer Role**

We are seeking a talented Fashion Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and original garments that elevate product desirability and strengthen customer engagement.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in fashion design or a related field and at least three years' experience in a similar role. You will also have a strong understanding of garment construction and fitting processes, excellent organisational and planning skills, and upper-intermediate Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.

In this role, you will work closely with our Product Developers to create designs that meet the needs of our customers. You will conduct regular market research and trend forecasting to stay ahead of the curve and ensure consistency and originality across all designs.

  • **Key Responsibilities:** Design innovative and original garments, select premium fabrics and trims, create accurate garment sketches and range boards, oversee final fittings and product approvals, collaborate with Product Developers, conduct regular market research and trend forecasting, provide daily fabric and trim approvals.
