Join our esteemed team of educators as we seek a highly skilled Assistant Principal to lead our educational initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to make a positive impact in the lives of students and staff alike.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in teaching and leadership, with a strong ability to initiate improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practice.

  • A high level of knowledge of curriculum, assessment and student welfare, with the ability to lead and design quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs.
  • Strong educational leadership skills to build the capacity and manage the performance of individuals and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build relationships and engage students, staff and parents.
  • An ability to plan and manage resources effectively and equitably to support teaching and learning.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their commitment to the Department's Aboriginal education policy and have a proven track record of promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Requirements
