We are seeking a seasoned Professional to take on the role of Client Advocate. In this position, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, building and growing our services to meet their needs.

About the Role:
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions that exceed their expectations
  • Develop strategies to ensure contract renewal and cross sell, driving business growth and revenue expansion
  • Represent our organization as an ambassador externally and as a leader internally, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times

This is a challenging opportunity for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, taking ownership of client problems and assisting them in resolving issues.

Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of the energy industry, including knowledge of energy procurement, sustainability strategy & transformation, and energy efficiency
  • Bachelor's Degree in Energy, Business, Finance, Engineering, Sustainability or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and building strong relationships with clients

As a Client Advocate, you will have excellent project management skills, with the ability to track contract and projects requirements for multiple projects in diverse areas. You will also have the ability to initiate, establish, navigate, and nurture relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
