As a Space Exploration Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of strategic processes within our supply chain organization. Your primary objective will be to build a deep understanding of our systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and working closely with cross-functional teams to execute projects that drive efficiencies.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least one year of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and/or inventory management. Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, cost/benefit analysis, and visualization is highly desirable, as is experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, CAD software, and discrete event modeling tools.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing existing and future state process flows, contributing to a systems roadmap, and working with software teams to develop requirements for enterprise system changes. You will also be expected to anticipate and identify challenges within material flow and logistics value streams, develop key process indicators and operations metrics, and create policies, standards, and documentation for continued success and transferability.
