About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and recommend modern technology options to effectively support data transformation processes
  • Provide high-level engineering guidance and oversight for implementing cloud-based data transformation platforms, ensuring best practices are followed
  • Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation in problem-solving
  • Drive change management initiatives, building trust with stakeholders through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Stay informed of industry trends and technologies, offering insights on emerging solutions that align with our strategic direction
