Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled retail leader to oversee the daily operations of our busy store.

Main Responsibilities:
  • BUILD SALES AND PROFITABILITY, MANAGE DAILY OPERATIONS.
  • DEVELOP STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH VALUED CUSTOMERS, PROVIDE SOUND ADVICE, DELIVER HIGH-QUALITY WORK.
  • MOTIVATE AND DRIVE INCREASED SALES PERFORMANCE, EXCEED KPIs AND STORE GOALS.
Key Requirements:
  • Exceptional people management skills, capable of leading and upskilling a diverse team.
  • Proficient in inventory control and stocktake procedures.
  • Budgeting and expense management capabilities.
  • Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive (preferred).
