Nightfill Supervisor EF

As a seasoned retail professional, you will be responsible for leading and managing the night-fill department at Coles. This role requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on ensuring deadlines are met, shelves are fully stocked, and store presentation is maintained during evening and night trade.

You will oversee the entire operation, from stock management to rostering requirements, and drive sales targets through effective team management. Your expertise in visual merchandising, food safety, compliance, and stock management will be instrumental in maintaining high standards.
