Job Title: Powerline Worker

SA Power Networks is seeking a skilled Powerline Worker to join our team. As a Powerline Worker, you will be responsible for carrying out the duties associated with the construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of overhead and underground distribution systems up to and including customer supply at service points.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of overhead and underground distribution systems
  • Work safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot issues
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in ESI – Distribution Powerline or equivalent
  • Current SA drivers' licence
  • Electrical Workers Licence
  • A minimum of 2 years' post-trade working experience

Our wages are positioned well above industry standards, with this role offering a starting base wage of $97,123 plus additional allowances and overtime.
