Tax Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Tax Professional to join our dynamic team. This full-time or part-time position offers an excellent chance to work with a boutique advisory firm specialising in property, tax, and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of activity statements and income tax returns for clients.
  • Providing bookkeeping services to clients, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Processing client payroll, adhering to tax laws and regulations.
  • Offering administrative support to the office, including liaising with internal staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • Implementing and maintaining administrative systems to enhance office efficiency.
  • Communicating effectively with professional and regulatory bodies.
  • Invoicing, billing, and payment processing for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in bookkeeping, tax, and payroll management.
  • Proficiency in accounting or practice management software (e.g. Handisoft, Progenesis).
  • Solid computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word.
  • Excellent written and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services firm.
