Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Fitness Coach to lead our group training sessions and foster a positive, inclusive environment for members.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality group training sessions, providing individualized feedback and modifications, and maintaining a strong understanding of our programming and session types.

  • Lead and deliver pre-designed group training sessions, ensuring exercises are performed safely and effectively
  • Provide individualized feedback and modifications to accommodate varying fitness levels and abilities
  • Foster a supportive and energetic class atmosphere that encourages member engagement and retention
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III and IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications
  • Previous experience in group fitness or personal training settings
