About the Role
Key Responsibilities:

As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner at LiveBig, you will have a diverse caseload and work in home or community settings such as schools and group homes. Your key responsibilities include:




  • Developing person-centred, evidence-informed positive behaviour support plans that align with the person's goals and NDIS plans.
  • Conducting physical and interpersonal assessments using functional assessment tools to understand the person's needs.
  • Providing therapeutic interventions to support engagement, emotional regulation, challenging behaviours, and social skills.
  • Working collaboratively with the person, their family, and other stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • Tertiary level education in a relevant human services discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Registration with the NDIS Commission to carry out PBS work.
  • Experience in facilitating and enabling meaningful outcomes for clients and families.
  • Some experience in positive behavioural support work, ideally 6 months minimum.
  • A current Australian driver's licence, WWCC, and satisfactory police check.
