Launch your career as an Apprentice Plumber with the Queensland Government.

You will join our Brisbane team either as a school-based or full-time apprentice, working on a wide range of projects from housing and hospitals to ambulance stations. This is an excellent opportunity to work and learn alongside experienced tradespeople and gain valuable industry insights.

We provide a blend of on-the-job training with qualified professionals and off-the-job learning from registered training organisations. Our structured apprenticeship program offers various services, including constructing new buildings, upgrading, and renovating existing ones.

As a QBuild apprentice, you will have the opportunity to contribute to delivering essential services across Queensland and explore your career interests in the diverse roles available within the organisation after completing your apprenticeship.
