About the Role

As a key member of our logistics team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our supply chain. Your responsibilities will include scheduling product movements, handling administrative tasks, and working closely with logistics teams and transportation providers to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule product movements to meet customer demands, taking into account manufacture capability and carrier availability.
  • Process delivery dockets, road freight orders, invoicing, and manage stock movements across different systems.
  • Work directly with manufacturing plants and carriers to resolve schedule changes and address regional requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with carriers to meet regional needs and support the delivery of our Business Management and Supply Chain strategy.
  • Ensure a strong focus on safety by driving best practices, ensuring full compliance, and keeping transportation documents well-organized.
  • Support inventory reconciliation across the region while minimizing logistics and storage costs.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics and distribution roles, including scheduling activities.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in computer skills, with experience in SAP or similar systems, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrates resilience and flexibility, adapting well to change and adversity.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities.
