Leader Of Learning Position

This role requires an experienced and skilled educational leader to lead and manage the Religious Education department at a senior high school. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a motivating and engaging learning environment that caters to the needs of all learners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve student learning outcomes in Religious Education
- Lead and manage staff to achieve educational goals and objectives
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and evaluate student learning data to inform teaching practices
- Senior leadership experience in education, preferably in Religious Education
- Strong knowledge of curriculum design and implementation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
