Job Overview

This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of Macquarie, driving digitalization, sustainability, and social impact for the benefit of our people, customers, shareholders, and communities. As an Advanced Digital Solutions Developer, you will oversee data projects from inception to deployment, ensuring solutions deliver actionable insights and enhance workflow efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust data science pipeline solutions in collaboration with technical experts.
  • Guide non-technical stakeholders through complex problem-solving using data and technology.
  • Maintain compliance with Macquarie's regulatory standards and ensure seamless integration with broader systems.

Requirements:

  • Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
  • Strong background in Generative AI, Large Language Model (LLM), prompt engineering, Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Proficiency in Python, experience with Generative AI framework, and Deep Learning algorithms for building Chatbots.
  • Experience building Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solution end-to-end, along with testing and evaluation of RAG solution performance.
  • Experience using Data Science platforms such as Azure Machine Learning Studio and Dataiku.
