Water Resource Team Lead Position

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the Water Resources team, overseeing junior staff and highly experienced professionals.

• Conduct a range of water resources projects, including hydrological and hydraulic investigation and design for studies such as rural and urban flood management, transport and mine infrastructure, water balance modelling, stormwater management and mine water management.

• Develop technical models and reports to a high standard, contributing to the company's reputation for quality project outputs.

• Build strong relationships with team members, other disciplines, clients, and stakeholders.

• Contribute to plans, management of stakeholders and interaction with regulatory authorities.


Requirements:

• Accredited bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

• 10-15 years' experience on Water Resources projects.

• Experience in preparation of proposals and business development activities.

• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status within 6 months.
