Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our crew at Grill'd Hampton. As a Team Member, you'll be the face and hands behind our brand, providing an amazing Grill'd experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all customers
  • Prepare quality ingredients in the kitchen with love and attention to detail
  • Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Assist with food preparation, service, and presentation
  • Develop skills and knowledge in all aspects of hospitality
What We Look For

We welcome previous experience in a customer-facing or kitchen environment, but this is a great entry-level role for those who are eager to learn and grow with our team. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, working as part of a team, and developing your skills and knowledge, we'd love to hear from you.

Next Steps

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted to complete a video interview as part of the next stage of the recruitment process. We're a hospitality business, so you need to be available for a mixture of shifts during the week and on the weekends. You will be offered the role on the assumption you qualify to commence a Traineeship.
