Key Responsibilities

  • Direct all operational aspects, including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.

Requirements

  • Experience in overseeing and coordinating the operational function within a manufacturing, transport, warehousing, or storage environment is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of operational staff in line with the branch P&L, budget, and freight volumes is essential.
  • Well-developed communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage and oversee compliance and work health and safety in line with company policies and procedures, regulations, road laws, NHVR, and any other relevant legislative requirements.
  • Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships in line with the Followmont brand, Values, and Code of Conduct.
