Project Coordinator

A Tier 1 Mining Company in Perth is seeking a skilled Project Planner to coordinate, evaluate, and prioritize the project plan under senior staff guidance.

- Assist in creation, maintenance, and reporting on project plans and schedules
- Participate in project schedule review meetings and update schedules
- Maintain the integrity of integrated project schedules
- Support development of monthly schedule reports and commodity curves

Key Accountabilities:

1. Coordinate project planning activities to ensure timely completion of projects
2. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with contracting and other project planning stakeholders
3. Analyze and report implications of changes to project plans and schedules
4. Collaborate with cost engineering and estimating groups to ensure that implications of changes are well articulated
5. Provide technical support to project stakeholders
